I regret to say that my experience with SLAB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (PTY) in Cape Town has been disappointing. As a tenant for close to two years, I have encountered ongoing maintenance issues and a lack of attention to general upkeep that has significantly impacted my living conditions.

One of the most frustrating aspects has been the persistent malfunction of the elevator, which has been out of service more often than it has been operational. This has been a major inconvenience and has made accessing my apartment difficult, especially considering the length of time this issue has persisted.

Furthermore, I have repeatedly raised concerns about my apartment flooding during rainy weather over the past two years. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of SLAB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, no effective solution has been provided or implemented. As a result, my furniture has been damaged, and I have been left to endure the discomfort of a cold and flooded living space.

Overall, the lack of responsiveness and action taken by SLAB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in addressing these maintenance issues has been unsatisfactory. I hope that they will take steps to improve their property management practices and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their tenants in the future.
