So disappointing

Horrific company. Only care about the rental that you pay them. Are super efficient when it comes to signing up your lease, getting all the documentation in order and in ensuring that they raise the rental prices. But any service other than that is terrible. We've had quite a lot of theft in our building, to which we often don't even get a response to, or if we keep following up, they are very slow to react. We raised concerns over them sending over workers to the building and not letting the tenants know, from a safety point of view. They agreed to alert us in the future. But workers have since appeared in the building for maintenance, we never got an alert and when I have followed up with them the response is: 'We have over a thousand properties in Cape Town, how can we inform everyone when there's work going on? These are our workers so you should feel safe.' I responded by asking if a group mail can be set up and a generic message sent out but they said it's not possible. This company contributes to the bad reputation that rental companies have. If you can at all, find another rental.
