Money Taken, Work Not Completed – Beware Before Doing Business With Them
I am extremely unhappy with my experience with S&L Roofing Construction and Mr. October. After agreeing to the roofing work and making the required payment, additional costs were raised that were not clearly explained or included in the original quotation. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp, my concerns were ignored. Most importantly, the work I paid for was never completed. I requested a refund, but despite repeated attempts to get a response, I have still not received a proper resolution. I feel that I was seriously taken advantage of and that I lost money without receiving the service I paid for. This has been an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience. I will be reporting the matter to the relevant authorities and taking the necessary steps to recover my money. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise extreme caution before paying for work from this company.
