Terrible after service and rudeness

In October 2015 SL Awnings installed an awning on our house which we paid R20000 for. No inspection was done by Mike after installing. 2 weeks later we had a terrible hail storm which damaged the roof and gutters. After several attempts to get Mike out to come to our house to see the damages he told me that the installer should have included other poles and braces to the roof so that it doesn't rattle or leak. He even put it in writing. Now on us requesting that they install the poles and braces which should have been installed initially Shaun the owner of SL Awnings then sent us a quote of R13 000 for him to send out a team to fix something they should have done. I have taken them to my lawyer and advise people not to deal with SL Awnings Cc as they are *******.
