Take your money and run!

<p>Really unhappy with the excuses provided when my louvered awning blew off in last Thursday's storm in the south of Johannesburg. The awning was installed last year, but now I'm told 'it's not our product, we just install it' and that in Durban (not Johannesburg) they use pop rivets to secure the awning. I find that unacceptable when I paid good money for what I thought was a good product. (I didn't just pay for installation.) Now who do I ask to refund me for the "straw" roof they put on?</p>
