No after sales service

I installed an awning with these guys. Had to call them back, because there was no space on the gutter, they came out and sorted it. Now, the thing is leaking already, and I have been phoning for weeks now. Every time I phone, the receptionist just gives me a sob story about they will come and repair it, but they don't ever. My patio is now worse off than before I installed the brand new thing, Should have stayed with the old holey awning.
