BAD SERVICE and LIES!!!

Whatever you do, don't EVER use this company! They are very quick to take your money, promise you the world and delivery times but never fix the issues.<br> We have installed a patio awning and it leaked and had no fall. We advised SL Awnings and they came out 5 times to try and fix this but wasn't fixed.<br> We had a hail storm and some of the beams bend and the whole awning is a mess. The owner of AL Awnings cc, Shaun Simon was sitting in the patio and said how ashamed he is about this and they will fix it.<br> Almost a year down the line and it is still not fixed. My mom even agrees to pay for the extra gutters that as per SL will resolve the issue. They now demand the insurance money etc from my mom.<br> The awning has a 15 year warranty and SL Awnings cc is liable to fix this. <br> <br> Mr Shaun Simon was extremely rude when I phoned him to discuss this matter.<br> We even suggested that they take their awning and pay back the 26k.
