Skyworld Motors is the worst. They know nothing about Customer service.

I called today to enquire about a car advertised on cars.co.za. A lady with the name of Maredi answered the phone. When I enquired if the vehicle is still available she said it was. She was very short of tone and didn't speak to me in a manner that a potential customer should be spoken to. I asked her if the company is a registered dealer - because the email on the website is a gmail account. She then dropped the phone in my ear. I called her back asking her if that is an appropriate way to speak to a client and also to drop the phone is unacceptable. She started yelling that she is busy and doesn't have time to answer such questions. With an attitude she said: 'do you thing we would arrange finance for clients if we are not a registered dealer". I asked her if she is an employee or the owner of the business she rep**** by saying she is the owner and asked me if I want the car or do I want to ask questions .... Skyworld Motors ... you are very unprofesstional and I will never ever bring my business to you.
