Avoid Sky World Cars

I have sent an email with questions reg. a car in Jo'burg. I am in CT. No Answer Then I called James, His English is bad. I asked him is he will answer my eMail, he responded I have to von to him. I said I am in CT. After I asked him again if he can answer the email he hang up. This is sh*t service. Is this how business in Jo'burg act ?
