website, email response & call centre not working

I have been trying to book a flight for my girlfriend with no luck. The website does not allow me to book. I try and call the call centre and can't get through. I have sent messages and have still not got any response. This has been a daily repeat process since the launch, while watching the price of flights increase. Not a good start to an airline! No customer service! Does this airline even exist? Obviously everything wrong with 1time has been used to start this airline. I was really hoping Skywise would be a success but sadly mistaken.
