Waiting for refund. Loosing my money????

I booked 2 one-way flights to CT. Skywise changed the flight schedule and my flight was no more. I contacted them and requested a refund. They reply that they will refund me and it will take 21 working days. The 21 working days expired on the 23rd of November. I have tried since the 23rd to contact Nqobi by phone and e-mails. No response so far. I want my money. Just pay the money!<br>
