Unannounced cancellation of flight - distressed!

I booked and EFT paid for a flight on 24, June. This flight was cancelled by Skywise - non allocation of payment - NO SMS notification! ... while I was travelling around and in areas with limited reception - setting up venue for my sons wedding up north.arted to phone on Sunday morning - 1st The toll free line is unattended. I phoned from 10:23am Sunday morning up to 2pm Sunday afternoon to have this sorted. I phoned a JHB nr, who advised flight was cancelled - and the Skywise payments department is not working on Sundays. I then had to travel to OR Thambo, booked and paid R1500,00 for a Mango flight - [WRONG Dates & no available flights] & Then finally got a ticket from Kulula to fly home. (The cost of Kulula ticket @ R2454,64)<br> The total cost of my Skywise + Mango + Kulula ticket amounted to R5653.64! I need a refund from Skywise on their ticket cost and compensation for the R 755,64 I had to pay more on the Kulula flight = Total value of R2454,64. I mailed them Monday, 29, June - phoned again today - no HELP!<br> I was so distressed on OR Thambo airport on Sunday! This was the most horrific experience in!
