Unacceptable service
On arriving at the check in desk B18, 16:00 at OR Thambo International Airport, I greeted the lady on duty, but she did not look up or acknowledge me standing there. I repeated the greeting and again she did not make eye contact and just made a \uhu"sound. I placed me & my husband's ID's on the desk next to her hand as she reached out for it. Looking at me she asked ID's?<br> I showed her it was next to her hand. She took it and asked us to put our luggage on the belt. She gave us our tickets and told us where to board. No questions was asked about if we packed the bags ourselves"
