Terrible service and *********** service and staff

This is one one of the most terrible experiences I had with an airline ever!!!! they cancelled our booking 8 days prior to departure, not organizing new flights for us. We have to pay R4000 extra to buy new tickets and it is going to take 21 days for us to get our money back for the cancelled tickets... this is just ridiculous service, the manager is not available and the staff is extremely *********** and rude. They did not do anything to help us but instead made as if we were the mistaken party.
