Still waiting for a refund

I am still eagerly waiting for my refund, I bought 3 flight tickets for the 8th of November to Cape Town.. the well known event of them stating the last flight is delayed then eventually cancelled on that Sunday night without anyone offering us accommodation or even a ticket to another airline. We were told we will get our money's back in 21 days times. it is past the 21 days and still nothing, no one responds to any of my emails. Please advise if we are getting a refund or not.<br> <br> I am truly not happy with this airline, you have no idea how important customer satisfaction is. it builds your business and majorly increases your revenue but the way you guys are carrying on seems like you do not care.<br> <br> That was my first and last time using this false airline.<br>
