Skywise Risk and Not caring

What a poor, risky service I have experienced by skywise airline. I was schedule to write an exam in Jhb on the 30th at 10:00. The flight was leaving at 06:20 landing at OR Tambo at 08:20.When the flight was about to depart the engine switch off twice. Thanks lord we were still on s****. I missed my exam, now i am requesting for a refund so i get a flight for next week the 7th to go write my rescheduled exam. They tell me that the refund takes about 21 days, and i have no money, as i am student i had that money to go write my exam.<br> They kept telling me about the refund policies and 21 days. I am due for another exam on Tuesday but seem like i will not make it because the only money that I had for travelling is held with Skywise Airline until i do not when. When I call someone told me my status shown that I did not show for boarding, yet I have even my boarding pass and was inside the flight, when this happened. Some they proposing me to take another flyt with them for next week instead of a refund . I said hello NO!!!.<br> This people seem not to care about my life and my future!!<br> <br>
