Skywise - No Refunds - No feedback???

Quiet disappointed at how pathetic this airline is. My flight has been cancelled, I requested a refund 16 days ago and have not received ANY feedback since. Be very careful when booking with them, they will take your money and leave you stranded! I was told it will take 2 weeks for a full refund, its been over 2 weeks and no feedback to say its being processed.
