SkyWise Harassed my family!

I would like to bring to your attention an incident that deeply disturbed me this morning, where I had booked a 3 tickets for the 9 a.m flight to O.R Tambo for my two little sisters and grandmother. Upon arriving had a family member drop them off at the airport as I was unavailable, however as they attempted to check in, one of you female attendants refused them check in, up until the point where they plane almost departed without them, as was demanding to see the credit card I booked the flights with. Surely 2 minors cannot be expected to have credit cards, and as we share the same surname surely a reasonable and rationally thinking person can deduce that a family member had booked these for them and nothing untoward would be afoot. I really do not understand why they had to be treated like the way they were, especially since we are paying customers. I booked the same 3 tickets from O.R Tambo to Cpt International in June, with the same credit card, and they had no issues, yet for some reason the return trip from Cape Town your policy regarding want or should I say demanding to see the credit card had changed.
