Refund on flights

On Monday 9 November 2015 the flights between Johannesburg and Cape Town were cancelled due to technical problems. I have requested my refunds for the two flights booked on this date via email and have tried following up via the call centre. Till date I have not received any response or refund except for an automatic email reply. No one answers the call centre number as well. Can someone please respond. I will never use Skywise again.
