Refund!!!

We bought tickets for R3000 and now we cannot get a hold of anyone, their automated response says to claim refund from OR Thambo offices. But the offices are closed. We had to spend an additional R6000 on last minute flights. I want my refund. No response on emails for more than 3 weeks
