poor systems

We made a booking and needed to change the return date for one<br> <br> . My children are bookedvseperate from me on the same flight. When I queried it at Call Center, I was informed that she is an unocampanied minor even if though the system pulled her through as an adult. We are now left with a penalty fee. We were told by your consultant that the system would throw us out, which we checked and it didn't. <br> <br> I am also concerned as to your clients not arriving 2 hours + for booking in. I will make sure that social media will be made aware of this , as they will only loose money. <br> <br> I am disgusted by your service before I have even set a foot on your plane.
