OVERDUE REFUND

Guys, I have now called, mailed and posted on your Facebook page regarding my OVERDUE REFUND.<br> I booked a flight on 19 October and on 28 October I was called to say the flight had been cancelled and I was to mail [Email Removed] (which I proceeded to do that same day). <br> The following day I received a reply confirming that my refund would be processed within 21 working days of the request having been submitted.<br> 21 working days was up last Thursday and I'm yet to receive my refund.<br> I have now just spoken to someone who's said my \name is on a list"but \""because there are a large amount of refunds that need to be processed\"" I will need to please wait for \""another couple of weeks\"".<br> <br> THIS IS PATHETIC.<br> PAY ME BACK TODAY!"""
