No Service!!!

I was booked on flight S8-116 from Cape Town to Johannesburg on Sunday the 7th. The flight never happened and absolute mayhem in communicating with passengers. I am now trying to get a refund however spending hours on a phone and e mails and even been given non existing numbers I am not making any progress.
