On the 28 Nov 2015 I booked a flight for 5 people with Skywise for the 24th December to visit a family member in JHB who will be going in for a major operation. I had paid for this booking on the 30th November by Cash at the FNB Branch in Parow Centre. Upon hearing the news about the flights being grounded, I immediately called the airline who'informed me that only flights until the 9th Dec are affected and that my flights that are scheduled for the 24th are secure. If I want a refund, they will send me a letter after the call is done which I need to take to the bank I deposited the money at (FNB, Parow Centre) and they will reverse my transaction and give me the money back. I received this and Upon speaking to a manager at the bank, it was then said that there is no possible way the bank can do this and that the refund will be the sole responsibility of the airline. Needless to say, Phone calls and E-mails are now not being responded to, ACSA is unable to assist as they have been given the same contact details for clients to call Skywise. I am now dependent on my money which Skywise has, to book with a more reliable airline and I don't think I'll be getting it back soon, or EVER
