No refund despite promises

Skywise cancelled flight, told us to book with other airline, they promised full refund for mew tickets. Almost 2 months later still no refund. Now they try to force us to accept refund in voucher. Many empty promises of payment. After complaining on the facebook face I was blocked without response. All negative posts are simply deleted. Call centre never has answers regarfing refunds. No replies to email queries.
