No attempt to manage repeated cancelled flights
Skywise seems to have had bad technical problems with planes flying Joburg to Cape Town today (9 Nov) -- first flight at 9am cancelled altogether, second at 2:30pm indefinitely delayed until at least 4pm, maybe later.

This obviously isn't great, but what makes a severe inconvenience into a real brand-destroying event is that no one seems to be able to tell us what is happening, or outline options, etc. So instead of finding somewhere I can actually get some work done, I have to hover for hour after hour at the departure gate in case \they"send through some information.

Should be someone senior at the gate to (i) explain the situation and options for getting luggage back"
