Lying and will not refund customers money

Skywise flights were cancelled from Cape Town to Johannesburg on 13/10/2015. Skywise advised that passengers should purchase tickets from another airline and will be refunded within 21 working days. This has not happened. It has been almost two months! I have phoned numerous times without any success. Every time I enquire about a refund it is sitting at another department. My advise to anyone thinking of flying skywise... Don't!
