Insane charges and insane procedures

I CANNOT BELIEVE Skywise is charging me R150 to correct a misspelled name. I'm not asking to change to different passenger name I'm asking to swap -STO to TSO and I'm charged R150, I have never heard of such insanity and then they want you to present credit card for verification at check-in and if I'm not the travelling party, which I am not. I must send copy of my credit card FRONT & BACK nogal and copy of ID. All other airlines give you an option to pay by credit card but I have NEVER heard of the madness of requesting the credit card at check - in. I absolutely regret booking with them.
