I booked a flight - THYRB9 with skywise on 19 August 2015. Departing time 09:15 and arrival in Cape Town at 11:25. <br> On Wednesday 28 October a person phoned and told me the flight was cancelled, but I can go on another flight at 20:00 that evening. I explained my situation that I had to be in Cape Town for an interview at 13:00. The man said that there was no other flights or other airlines to accommodate us. I was forced to book with KULULA !<br> Since 25 October I was constantly asking for a refund, but was told an agent will call back within 24 hours. Another e-mail stated that my query is with claims and will be settled in 21 days. <br> Up to now nothing happened! I suspect that my money was dumped in a bottomless pit of *******ion!
