Horrible Service

First they got my names wrong which made a lot pf problems when trying to board the plane. This after i handed the man my green barcoded ID. I was 3 hours early to ensure i get a window seat because i have clausterphobia. This made me forfeit my seat because of their miatake! Horrible.
