hijacked credit card details refused to refund

Tried booking a flight through ANOTHER airline (flysafair) and just had skywise' s website open on another page in my browser. When I hit 'pay' after entering credit card details on flysafair, I wasn't taken to a secure online payment page as per usual and somehow skywise debited my credit card instead of flysafair and my browser just went blank! So not only did skywise hijack my credit card details online, I've still received no flight confirmation in return. This is theft! No help when phoning the call centre, I'm told I'll need to pay a penalty fee to change my flight and a refund is not possible. Waste of time, never book with these cheap for a reason clowns!
