Flight cancelled and no refund being done

Skywise can cancelled my flight and was unable to arrange an alternative resulting in me having to apply for a refund and buying a ticket with an alternative airline. This is now more than 30 working days later and still no refund has been done. Now Skywise has been grounded so what is the chances of getting a refund.<br> Last week I was promised to be paid before the end of this week and still no refund was done.
