Double payment not rectified yet!
I booked a flight online with SkyWise on 18-June 2015 and in the process a double payment was accepted - after the website had some problem of sorts to process my first payment.<br> I have been in contact with Nqobile since then and finally she sent me a mail with proof of payment but THE DETAILS ARE THAT OF ANOTHER PERSON..!!!!<br> SkyWise has only ONE email address for all their services: reservations, JHB and CPT on their website. This is so frustrating having to deal with only one person who has no idea what she is doing...<br> SkyWise will not see me flying with them again.<br> Viva Mango!!!!!<br>
