Disappointing Service

On the 29th March 2015 my mum and I booked with Skywise Airlines from Cape Town to Johannesburg.My mum is a pensioner (she was charged full price)not to say you guys offer discounts to pensioners anyway.When we boarded the Airlines,we were told in a very rude and abrupt way by the 2 cabin crews(one lady and one gentleman) on flight S8106 that we were not allowed to keep our hand luggage on us.Other passengers had their hand luggage with them but were not told anything.My mum is sickly and had her meds in her bag but it was taken away from her.Is this is how your airlines treat pensioners? The 2 cabin crew members did not even use the words 'please and thank you'. They certainly have no respect and customer experience whatsoever.This is the first and last time that my mum and I will be travelling with Skywise Airlines.If this is how you guys treat your clients I am sorry to say that you will loose customers. Very,very upset and disappointing customer!
