Cannot get my refund!

A day before our flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg, we got a call to say our flight has been cancelled. I had to book another flight with another airline to be able to make our commitments. They (Skywise) promised a refund if I send a mail to [Email Removed] Nothing has happened, no emails confirming this and if I phone the call centre they just say the person is not there. This seems like an expensive mistake to use Skywise!
