cancelled flight refund

On the 9th November 2015 the 8.55 flight S8-103 from JHB to C.T. was cancelled and I had to book an alternative flight to C.T. otherwise I would have missed my meeting. The Skywise office at OR Tambo made copies of my ID and credit card and promised a refund within 21days. I paid R693.99 for the flight and R400.43 to change the date. I am therefore due R1 094.42 which I have not received. I would appreciate an immediate refund.
