Cancellation of Flights, 21days+ for refunds,

I would just like to state that I am absolutely appalled at Skywise Airline. Flights booked months in advance(June 2015), rescheduled once already. I then have to hear via the g**** vine that they have cancelled all day flights for Tuesday the 24th November 2015, I then had to contact them myself, only to be told that it is in fact true my flight has been cancelled, and that they can help my with an evening flight on the 24th, HUGE Problem considering that I am flying down for a wedding that day!!!! I am absolutely shocked at how this has been handled, as I would have arrived at OR Thambo on Tuesday Morning for my 9.15 flight, only to be turned away. But the real cherry on the cake is that I have 2 options, 1: That I take the evening flight on the 23rd (So I would have to pay for an extra night of accommodation) or 2: I can get a refund, but they are currently experiencing a backlog on refunds so it will take a MINIMUM of 21days. I will never be using Skywise Airline again and would definitely never recommend them!!!
