Broken suitcase

Hi, I flew from OR Tambo to Cape Town international on Skywise S8111 the 4th of May 2015. When we arrived in Cape Town to collect my bag, my luggage arrived but the telescopic handle was broken. I did report it, but no one from Skywise contacted me. The cost to replace the bag will now be more than the flight ticket. I was highly disappointed that no one even contacted me back or tried to replace / fix my bag.
