Bag broken into

On Friday the 2nd of October we flew from OR Tambo to Cape Town Intl using Skywise, when collecting our bag we noticed that our lock had been broken off and when examining the contents of our bag noticed that a mens perfume had been ******! we reported this to Skywise is CT who promised that they would review footage and provide feedback by the 5th. Today is the 11th and still no feedback called their Johannesburg branch I was referred to who are VERY unhelpful, was told a supervisor would call me on the 9th still no call received. This is unacceptable, I expect a lock and perfume to be refunded or replaced. and most of all I expect feedback. This is theft and should be treated as such. how dare you not follow up or respond as promised.
