Bad services

What a huge disappointment with the airline services, my daughters bag was left in Johannesburg a flight from Jhb to Cape Town, after two hours being sent from pillar to post eventually Anthony bag control couldn't assist not even with a parking ticket which escalated to R132.00. Wasting all that time at the airport leaving with NO bag we were in a Smash and Grab had the bag arrived all of this would have been avoided and to my amazement the flight wasn't full but they ground crew couldn't get the bag on the aircraft now what would have happened if the flight was ful?????? After calling numerous numbers this morning we were told by Menzi the bag DIDNT MAKE IT ON THE PLANE.... Who is covering their ass in this situation ....they speak about excellent services I am yet to find out how they going to compensate me for the inconvenience ...my grandson needs trauma treatment which I am not going to pay SKYWISE HAS TO COME TO THE PARTY SORRY...
