BAD SERVICE FOR REFUND VOUCHER

Skywise Airline SA is a terrible airline do not book with them. I booked a flight on the 30th June 2015 for travelling on the 20th July 2015. Went to the enquiry desk at Cape Town international to ask for a 6 month voucher for the ticket, as I want to change it. As my work has booked me a flight out from Cape Town yesterday to fly to Durban for a work emergency. And just like that they tell me they cant do a open voucher ticket like Mango does. How disgusting, you just loose R819.44. Worse airline DONT USE THEM PEOPLE THEY DONT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE
