Acsa is not the only one owed money

On the 9th of November I was promised that a refund would take a day or two and that I must just contact the manager (Anthony). I contacted Anthony and he said he would try and get this processed as quickly as possible. He then sent the refund request on Nqobi Twala (the person who deals with refunds). Nqobi then responded that it takes 21 working days. I was not happy about this and Anthony said that he would try and get this sorted out so that I can get my money back sooner. <br> <br> I sent a follow up email a week before the due date (of 21 working days) and got no response.<br> <br> A month has now gone by and still no refund. <br> <br>
