Warning to Others Dishonest supplier
Laetitia Hattingh 🚨 WARNING TO OTHERS – DISHONEST SUPPLIER 🚨 I feel it's important to warn others about my recent experience with Sky Volt Solar SkyVolt Solar Solutions I paid a deposit of R100k on 9 July 2025 for Solar installation, but the supplier has failed to deliver the goods as agreed. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, they have also refused to refund my money. This is not only unacceptable but also *********. I’m sharing this to make others aware and to caution anyone considering doing business with them. If anyone has had a similar experience or knows how best to proceed, please feel free to reach out. It is truly unfortunate & regrettable that our business relationship is coming to an end in this manner. First, we want to acknowledge & sincerely thank you for the trust you placed in 𝗦𝗸𝘆𝗩𝗼𝗹𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to handle your installation. We are genuinely grateful you considered us for this project. Our intention has always been to complete the transition smoothly so you could fully benefit from our installation & service. Sadly, this has not unfolded as planned & for that, we sincerely apologise. As we now work toward resolving this matter, please note that we have made several attempts to communicate with you via messages & phone calls. We have clearly outlined our position regarding this situtaion - And you clearly are not moving forward with the installation & have explained the refund process, including when it will be processed. We stand by our commitment to honour the agreed-upon terms within the promised timeframe. Our position on this has remained consistent. We aim to bring this matter to a swift & fair resolution, avoiding any further stress in what is already an unfortunate situation. We will keep you updated as the process moves forward. You are welcome to continue communicating with us, as you have done, until this matter is fully resolved.
