Worst service ever

<p>Hi. I just joined skytrax last month, lately I received a massage telling me about pro rata amount that I must pay n that I was not aware of. It did not end there I was told that I will billed 800 of which is already debited. When I call I was told that I subscribed two cars n they promise to investigate the issue till today nobody has call. The worst thing is that when you call them you must R200 airtime which is equal to my premium subscription to get hold of them hence I will not even get help. They do not care, u will ask documents n you will be assured that is sent to you but never they lying. I am very posses. </p>
