Unit not working - 17 days to notify me

It took tracker 17 days to inform me that my unit is not working. My car was parked in my garage from 08-08-2017 until 20-08-2017 during my trip overseas. It was in daily use after that. They let me know in 25-08-2017. It will only be repaired today 28-08-2017. I am 64 years old and live on my own. My vehicle could have been ******, hi-jacked or been in an accident. I would have been without assistance.

Skytrax told me I could 'just call the emergency number' in an emergency! How ridiculous is that?
