Tracker: How safe are you?

Absolutely shocking service from Tracker. They 'lost' all my trip data since Oct 2020. I've been trying to get them to sort this out for more than 2weeks now - they keep telling me they can see there's a problem and will escalate the matter - please send an email. They don't respond to the emails, don't give feedback, every day I have to phone, go through all security checks, to hear(after 10min holding) that the Technical Dept's line is busy. Gave them a deadline until this morning(actually, they suggested it). Needless to say: no call from them. I can't submit my logbook to SARS, and they are incapable of sorting out the problem... Admitting that they have 'lost' several vehicles' data... And hence, here we sit with a false sense of security, that Tracker is monitoring us...
