The most inaccurate tracking company

After 2 years of complaining about the same problem I finally get tecnitions to work on it .The problem is still there and I am invoiced for the tech that did not help at all.This being said I have not ever skipped a payment in the entirety of the contract duration .I get calls for vehicles being crashed in the early hours of the morning while the vehicle is stationary in my yard ,and not once numerous times.How is this service delivery.
