Terrible and Incompitency

I am sorry to say this but I am really disappointed on tracker services, I have been with them for many years and all they do is to mess up my account with the bank. on the 18 January i received an sms from tracker saying if i dont pay the outstanding amount tracker will be suspended. It says i owe them R847.72. I then immediatley took my time from work to phone them. I contacted tracker at 10:49 on ********** 040 spoke to a lady, who took my details and said she cant see that amount on my account she will confirm for me and while holding she dropeed the call and never call me back. I have been paying tracker and that I am not aware of any oustanding amount neitheir know why would they not debit my account. I have been Through this before with them and I am really frustrated and upset by the way the treat certain people. They have no right to just wake up and suspend my insuarnce and threatn me that i will be impacted negatively on my profile. I am not going to pay anything .
