What a hopeless service.

Assist button doesn't work. My account is debited for repairs when I was assured I wouldn't be charged.

The app hardly ever works. What a pathetic company. JUST A BUNCH OF ********. SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

No call back. No emails. No customer service.
