<p>My banking details were updated a long time ago, but they debited my old bank account, now I have to pay extra for bank charges because of the returned debit order. Secondly, I asked if I could pay annually instead of monthly, they said they'll get back to me... I am still waiting!!!</p> <p>it's a good thing that it a month-to-month contract, because I do not have time for such ****.</p>
